Start with MDF backing and donut shape to the speaker, set the angle and glue, screw in place

Cover with Stretch track suit material and staple in place

Use polyester resin and spread over and through the material, about 4 coats needed to get a solid finish

To get the colour I needed I had to spray in gloss Black then spray in silver

The egg shape hole is for the mechanical release for the doors.

Amps now mounted to the back of the cabin,

Frame made to cover the cables

Stretched cover , then  lay down the fibreglass resin over the whole thing.

sand the fibreglass and bog any low spots

Painted amp covers to match the stripe on the body
