Glove box lids fitted, I had
to place 1.6 mm shims under the hinges to allow the lids to open fully
without damaging the paint around the glove boxes.
The Glove box lids are the deluxe version with the chrome trim and Ply infill at the back. the back is covered in grey leather. Stereo mount and Temperature gauge mounted in dash. |

Sun visors mounted with nutserts and use polished stainless bolts. Sun Visors are made with tinted Perspex
so I will still be able to see through them when driving.

Dash cut and polished, I had
to repaint the area next to the Speedo as the runs dragged some of the
silver and I cut through all of the clear trying to get rid of them.
It's all part of the fun of painting a car in a shed in winter

all painted.
To get the colour I wanted, I sprayed gloss Black base coat, sanded it back to flat with 600 grit wet & dry. 4 coats of SEM base coat silver 4 coats of clear, except for the runs in the clear it turned out great. I will let the paint dry for a week and then colour sand the clear, then polish.

Fuse panel set up under the
dash, The 10 fuse set up is from a Sigma and has an indicator light to
test if a fuse has blown.
